Drops are made to order. Anticipate delivery within 1.5-2 weeks, occasionally it takes a little longer during a holiday or sale. Floormats ship separately from other items and will therefore have their own tracking number. Shipping within the USA is included in the price. Drops are printed and shipped within the USA. If you are outside of the USA and would like to order please contact me for a shipping quote.
Due to the nature of the sale, all made to order items are final. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed; this includes adding to or swapping out designs. If you have a question please contact Beth before placing your order. No cancellations or exceptions.
The final printed product will vary slightly from the digital design. Images on the websites are there to give you a general idea of what that backdrop will look like (exact shades can vary when printed compared to what’s displayed on your monitor due to CMYK and RGB differences). Colors in in-use images will vary due to photographer editing and props used that we do not provide. The majority of our backdrops are custom made and hand painted designs. This means things like brush strokes, smear marks, sponge, or grunge textures are meant to be a part of the image as seen on the website and is part of the art. Also, due to the calibration of the display you are using to view the designs the saturation and exact color hue can vary in comparison to the final printed product.
Fabrics used for Props and Drops by Beth products that are consider wrinkle resistant may arrive with slight wrinkles or creases due to being folded up right after production and shipping. If wrinkles or creases occur simply throw the drop in a dryer on medium-low for about 15 minutes or carefully use a hand steamer over it.
When ordering a fabric backdrop and a floormat in the same design they will be printed using the same design but due to the difference in physical material lighter designs may appear slightly different. For example, a white wood floormat will print slightly darker than a white wood fabric backdrop since the material the design is printed on for the floormat base is slightly darker than the fabric material base.
If a print mistake has been made please contact Beth within 48 hours of receipt and keep all of your original packaging. Professional photos (proper exposure and white balance) of the item(s) will be required to investigate the issue and to determine if your order is eligible for a replacement. To be eligible your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Beth will only offer a replacement for items that have been received damaged, defective, or mis-printed.
Props and drops purchased from this shop may not be used to create digital backdrops for your own selling or non-selling “sharing” purposes.
